Panthers in 18th as Slovick Makes Placement Rounds at NCAA Regional
March 01, 2024The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford wrestling team traveled to Rochester, N.Y. on Friday, looking to earn a spot in the NCAA Championship meet at the Mideast Regional Qualifiers. Seven Panthers competed at the event, totaling eight wins and 19.5 points, putting them in 18th place. DJ Slovick is the only Panther who advanced to the placement rounds on day two, as he went 2-1 on the day.

February 10, 2024The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford wrestling team traveled to Alfred State on Saturday to compete for individual honors as they wrestled in the AMCC Championships. Three of seven Panthers that wrestled at the Championship tournament earned All-Conference recognition as they placed 2nd in their weight classes.

February 04, 2024The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford wrestling team was in tournament action on Sunday as they competed in the Rennie Rodarmel Allstate Invitational, hosted by Lycoming College. As a team, the Panthers finished in 6th place with 72.0 points, while 5 different wrestlers earned podium spots in their weight classes.

The Panthers had a strong outing against good competition, finishing 6th place with 71 points. Individually, four Panthers earned podium spots, led by Gavin Thompson, who finished 3rd at 285.
