    The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford baseball team played their first home games of the season on Friday as they welcomed Penn State-Behrend to Repchick Family Field at the Kessel Athletic Complex. The Panthers could not keep up with the Lions in either contest, dropping the opener 4-2 and the nightcap 12-5.

The Panthers used a dominating performance from Shawn Mannering to take game one 4-1, and then responded to a late rally with a winning run in the 7th to win game two 8-7.

    The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford baseball team was back in action at the Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach on Friday for a 9-inning contest against Neumann. The Panthers batted back from an early deficit to tie the game at 5, but gave up two in the 9th to fall 7-5.

The Panthers dominated game one, tallying 22 hits on the way to a 15-4 win, and then after losing the lead in the 6th in game 2, fell just short of a comeback, losing 7-6.
