Sarah Martin joined Coach Mell Benson's staff as an assistant coach during the 2024-25 season. 

Sarah was a Student Assistant coach during her undergraduate years at Shenandoah University.

She also serves as the Associate Dean & Director of Residence Life and Housing at the university.
