Pitt-Bradford Men To Travel To La Roche Saturday For Second Straight Road Test

BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's basketball team will head to La Roche for its second-straight Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference road test Saturday.

Pitt-Bradford is coming off a tough 76-70 loss at Hilbert in which it held a hefty lead in the second half but could not hold on.

With the result, Pitt-Bradford dropped to 2-5 in conference play.

Justin Kusiappouh led the Panthers in scoring with 18 points while Reggie Rogers chipped in 15 points.

Desmond Brogsdale dropped 13 points and Jeffrey Fry poured in 12 points, all of which coming on four three-pointers.

Pitt-Bradford outshot Hilbert 50 percent to 39.7 percent.

On the season, Rogers leads the team in scoring with 13.5 points per game.

La Roche welcomes the Panthers atop the conference looking to maintain a blemish-free AMCC mark at 8-0. 

Zach Gould (15.7 points per game) and Tyler Frederick (15.5 points per game) are two of the AMCC's top five scorers. Frederick is also third in the conference averaging 9.7 rebounds per game.

Saturday's game is set to tip around 4 p.m. as it is the second part of a doubleheader with the women's game coming before.
