Pitt-Bradford Heads To Keuka For Non-Conference Matchup Tuesday

BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's basketball team will play its third-straight game on the road, traveling to Keuka for a non-conference matchup Tuesday.

Pitt-Bradford is coming off splitting its two games in the Hilton Scranton Invitational this past weekend, opening up its season with a loss against York (Pa.) on Friday followed by a historic 110-103 win over Penn State-Berks on Saturday.

In the victory, the Panthers and Penn State-Berks broke the record for most combined points scored at the Long Center on the campus of Scranton University. The 213 total points broke the previous record of 206 set in a 118-88 Scranton win on Dec. 21, 1974.

The Panthers' 110 points were also the most scored by the program since Pitt-Bradford scored 112 against Mount Aloysius on Jan. 6, 2006.

Pitt-Bradford finished the weekend with the top scoring offense in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, averaging 99.5 points per game.

After the first two games of the season, Sahlil Harris leads the Panthers with 18.5 points per game. In Saturday's win, Harris put together a career day, tying his career-best of 25 points and pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds for a double-double. He also dished out eight assists and grabbed eight steals, just two away in each category away from earning the rare quadruple-double.

In his collegiate debut, Jeffrey Fry led the Panthers with a team-high 20 points on Friday. He followed that up with 13 points against Penn State-Berks and holds a 16.5 points per game average.

Pitt-Bradford leads the conference with 19 three-pointers made. Fry leads the way with eight three's, while Colby Mills connected on five on Saturday alone to hold the second-best total.

Also key contributors to the Panthers on offense are Desmond Brogsdale (17.5 ppg), Reginald Rogers (16.0 ppg) and Dylan Niedermeyer (15.0 ppg).

Tuesday's game will begin at 5 p.m.
