First Team All-AMCC for the 200-freestyle, 200-medley and 400-freestyle relay teams ... Second Team All-AMCC for the 100-backstroke and 800-freestyle relay ... helped the Panthers to AMCC Championships with school records in the 200-freestyle (1:26.17), 200-medley (1:36.50) and 400-freestyle (3:09.14) relays ... finished second in the 100-backstroke with a time of 52.78 and third in the 200-backstroke (1:58.29) ... helped the Panthers to a second-place finish in the 800-freestyle relay with a school record-breaking time of 7:08.06 ... swam as part of the 400-medley 'B' relay (3:49.50) ... 

2015-16 (SOPHOMORE): Earned first-team all-conference recognition after capturing the 100-yard backstroke title at the AMCC Championships ... garnered second-team All-AMCC honors as a member of the 200-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay teams.

2014-15 (FRESHMAN): Named the AMCC Newcomer of the Year ... set four school records at the AMCC Championships ... second-team All-AMCC honors as a member of the 200-yard medley, 400-yard medley and 400-yard freestyle relay teams ... runner-up in the 100-yard backstroke to earn second-team all-league recognition ... finished third in the 200-yard backstroke ... two-time AMCC Swimmer of the Week recipient.

High School: Four-year letter winner in soccer and swimming ... three-year letter winner in track and field ... a 2013 UAVSL All-Star in soccer ... two-year team captain and team MVP in swimming ... two-time national short-course qualifier in the 100-yard backstroke ... current District 9 and Elk Catholic County High School 100-yard backstroke record holder ... a member of the 400-yard freestyle record holding team relay team ... currently owns the Elk Catholic County High School pole vault record.

Personal: The son of Lee and Christine Koss ... has three siblings, Ben, Jacob and Nathan ... an exercise science/pre-physical therapist major.
