Panthers Fall to PSU-Altoona, 3-0

BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford volleyball team fell, 3-0, to Penn State Altoona on Saturday afternoon in the KOA Arena. 

The Lions took the first two sets 25-16, and the last set 25-15 to complete the sweep.

Christina Rauh led the Panthers with five kills, 15 assists and seven digs. Alexis Dhayer added five kills and five digs while Mandy Finch finished with 18 digs. Alma Turpin chipped in with 10 digs and four kills and Kirsten Platz had five kills in the loss.

Prior to the game Pitt-Bradford honored Jenessa Ceprish and Kaitlin McCann as part of their annual Senior Appreciation Day.

The Panthers return to action Wednesday at 6 p.m. against Keuka College in the KOA Arena.
