
Bradford, PA -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's bowling team saw one of its members recognized by the AMCC this week as Brookelyn Garvey was named a 1st Team All-AMCC performer.
Garvey led the Panthers to a 3rd place regular season AMCC finish, and a 4th place finish at the AMCC Championship Tournament. She was 9th in the AMCC in total average of 18.110. In Traditional Bowling she finished 5th at 18.5 pins per frame and was 14th in Baker at 17.695. She was tied for 10th in frame fill percentage (77.8%), 4th in strike percentage (39.3%), and 3rd in 10th Frame Baker scoring average (19.000). She was named AMCC Bowler of the Week once, and was named to the AMCC All-Tournament team.
With this accolade, Garvey has been named as an all-conference performer for all four of her seasons with the Panthers, and 3rd season as a 1st team honoree.
