Bradford, PA. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's bowling team had one of its team members recognized by the AMCC on Tuesday as Brookelyn Garvey was named 2nd Team All-AMCC.

Garvey led the Panthers as their anchor bowler, posting averages of 17.73 pins per frame in traditional and 17.05 pins per frame in baker bowling. She was 12th in the AMCC in total average, 8th in traditional, and 13th in baker. She was also 10th in the AMCC in frame fill percentage (75.5%) and strike average while finishing 3rd in makable spare percentage at 74.1%. Garvey was named to the Tournament MVP at the Daemen Fall Classic and was subsequently named AMCC Bowler of the Week. Along with making the all-tournament team at Daemen, she earned the same honors at the Mercyhurst Invitational, the and the AMCC Tournament 

Garvey had previously made the 1st team in both 2021-22 and 2022-23. She was AMCC Newcomer of the Year in 2021-22.
