Bradford, Pa. -- Three days after being named Tournament MVP at the Daemen Fall Classic, University of Pittsburgh at Bradford bowler Brookelyn Garvey has added another honor, as she was named AMCC Bowler of the Week on Thursday,

Garvey won the Tournament MVP at the Daemen Fall Classic this weekend. In traditional bowling, Garvey averaged 196.80 pins per game, leading the event. She led the Panthers to a 4-1 record on the first day of competition. She also bowled anchor for the second day of competition in Baker bowling. Garvey recorded a single game-high of 225 and averaged 17.5 in Baker play. 

This is the 3rd time that Garvey has been named Bowler of the Week in her career. She previously won the award on February 2, 2022 and February 1, 2023.

Garvey and the rest of the Panthers will be back on the Lanes tomorrow morning, as they head to Buffalo for the first AMCC Round Robin of the season.
