BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team will play its second-straight road contest as it heads to John Carroll Tuesday.
The matchup will be Pitt-Bradford's final game before the Panthers start Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference action Wednesday, Nov. 28.
Last time out, Pitt-Bradford fought hard but narrowly fell on the road to the tough Division II squad Lock Haven last Wednesday.
Shaelyn Snipes matched her career-high from a game ago with 25 points, shooting 8-18 from the floor while playing all 40 minutes.
Latifah Cain added 14 points and eight boards.
Jennifer Isenberg pulled down a game-best 14 rebounds.
On the season, Snipes leads the team with 19.7 points per game while Cain averages 13.7 ppg.
Snipes is the second-leading scorer in the conference.
Meanwhile, Isenberg leads the AMCC with 11 boards per game.
So far this season, John Carroll is 1-1, defeating Hiram 64-62 in its season opener before falling to Oberlin 59-53. Nicole Heffington is the team's top performer, averaging 12.5 points per game and 10 boards per game.
Tuesday's game is set for a 6 p.m. tip.
