Panthers Continue Road Trip At Penn State-Behrend Saturday

BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team will play its third-straight road games as it travels to Penn State-Behrend Saturday for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference matchup.

The Panthers are coming off a back-and-forth loss at Penn State-Altoona Wednesday, a game that had 10 lead changes and the score tied nine times.

Ali Rinfrette led all scorers with 29 points. Jennifer Isenberg had a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds. Shaelyn Snipes chipped in 12 points of her own.

Rinfrette leads the AMCC with 21.2 points per game and ranks 13th in the nation in scoring. 

Isenberg has emerged as a top rebounder in the conference. After three-straight games of double-digit rebound totals, the junior now averages 8.9 rebounds per game, the fourth-best average in the AMCC.

Pitt-Bradford holds the top scoring offense in conference play, scoring 74.8 points per game against AMCC opponents. The Panthers hold conference opponents to 63.2 points per game for an 11.6 scoring margin.

While Rinfrette is the top distributor on the team with 4.8 assists per game, Anna Colebert holds the second-highest assist average with 2.7 per game.

Saturday's game will begin at 3 p.m., serving as the second game of a doubleheader with the men's game coming first.
