University of Pittsburgh at Bradford junior guard Kaserra Owens has been named the AMCC Women's Basketball Player of the Week, following a strong week on the court. 

The Bradford native hit the game-winning shot in a key AMCC victory over Penn State Behrend in the AMCC Game of the Week.

She averaged 17.5 points per game to go along with seven rebounds per game in a 2-0 week for the Panthers.

Owens led Pitt-Bradford with 17 points and eight rebounds against Behrend and added 18 points and six boards against Greensburg.
