
BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's tennis team will return to action Thursday hosting Thiel for a non-conference match.
With favorable weather in the forecast, Thursday's match will take place on the outdoor courts at the Kessel Athletics Complex.
This will be Pitt-Bradford's first competition since March 3 against Bethany and it will be the Panthers' final non-conference match of the 2018-19 season.
With two matches remaining, Pitt-Bradford is 1-7 overall on the season.
Leading the Panthers in singles action this season has been Jeffrey Kocjancic with four victories -- two each in the No. 2 and 4 positions.
Playing toward the top of the Panther lineup all season, Jacob Volz has a pair of victories -- one each in the top spot and No. 2 position.
Kocjancic has also been successful in doubles action, grabbing a pair of wins in the No. 2 spot with partners David Ta and Drew Patla.
Thiel comes to the Kessel Athletics Complex with a 0-4 record overall, still with seven matches left to play this season.
Tyler Novak has the team's only victory, coming in the No. 6 singles spot.
Thursday's match is set for a 5 p.m. start.
