The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's tennis team fell, 8-1, to non-conference opponent Alfred University on Sunday night at the St. Bonaventure Fitness Center.
Jordan Dugan was the lone winner for the Panthers, capturing an 8-5 victory at second singles.
"Jordan played an outstanding match and by the end the victory for him wasn't very complicated at all," said Pitt-Bradford men's tennis coach Susan Schenfield. "He stuck to his low-risk defensive style and his opponent was unable to break it down."
The Panthers return to action Tuesday night at 6 against Houghton College at the St. Bonaventure fitness center.
