Panthers Fall At Elmira Wednesday

ELMIRA, N.Y. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's soccer team competed in a road non-conference contest at Elmira Wednesday, falling 2-0.

With the result, Pitt-Bradford falls to 3-3 on the season while Elmira improves to 4-2-1.

Elmira scored a goal in each half, the first coming just eight minutes into the contest with the second coming during the 63rd minute.

In total, Elmira shot the ball 19 times while the Panthers fired 10 shots.

One of Thomas Kelly's strikes went on goal.

Ugwunna Amadi led the team with three total shots, while Kelly and Chase Rider had two shots apiece.

Spencer Sklar, Austin Hogan and Brent Kennedy were credited with a shot apiece.

In net, Sihle Sizani played all 90 minutes in goal and made seven saves on nine shots on goal sent his way.

Up next, Pitt-Bradford will play host to Pitt-Greensburg Saturday for the AMCC opener.
