Nazareth Blanks Men's Soccer in Home Opener

Nazareth blanked the Pitt-Bradford men's soccer team 3-0 Sunday afternoon.

The game was scoreless until the 39th minute when Nazareth converted off a corner kick. Dylan Toscano headed in Alessio De Michele's pass to push the Golden Flyers ahead 1-0. Toscano would stretch the lead to 2-0 in the 54th minutes, scoring again off a corner kick. Ben Garcia added a goal in the 61st minute to cap the scoring.

Nazareth dominated the stats, outshooting the Panthers 26-3. The Golden Flyers held an 11-0 advantage in corner kicks and limited Pitt-Bradford to just three shots.

The Panthers drop to 0-3 on the season and will seek their first win when they host Alfred at 3 p.m.
