Stack Named AMCC Defensive Player of the Week

Bradford, PA -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's lacrosse team had a player recognized by the AMCC for the 4th time in as many weeks on Monday as goalkeeper Evan Stack was named the conference's Defensive Player of the Week.

Stack made 24 saves in the Panther goal as Pitt-Bradford dropped their home opener against Bethany. He stopped 61.5% of the shots he faced in the game.

The freshman is the 2nd Panther goalie to earn the award, as Hunter Shank won the award on March 3rd. Stack's classmate  Ben Byers has won two Offensive Player of the Week awards so far this season.
