Bizzak Cards Ace, Panthers Struggle at Westminster Invitiational

New Castle, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford Golf team hit the course for the third time in four days, as they were at Avalon Field Club for the Westminster Invitational.

As a team, the Panthers had their highest scores of the season, as they shot a 350 in the event.

Max Bizzak had the highlight of the day, as he made his first career hole-in-one. He also had one of the Panthers' best scores, as he carded an 84. Connor Smith matched his score, also shooting an 84. Evan Jordan was next for Pitt-Bradford, as he finished with an 88. Max Puma wrapped up the Panther scoring at 93, while Brody Kamuda had a tough day, finishing with his highest stroke total of the season at 94.

After a tough stretch that saw the Panthers play 54 competition holes in 3 days, the team will have over a week to recuperate, and prepare for their next action. They will return to the course on Tuesday, September 27th, when they play in the Hilbert Invitational at Harvest Hill Golf Course in the Buffalo area.
