Cheektowaga, N.Y. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford golf team won its first tournament of the season on Monday, taking the Medaille Invitational at Diamond Hawk Golf Course. Broderick Kamuda picked up the individual medal for the event.

Sean Campbell had his best collegiate finish, as he ended the tournament tied for 3rd with an 84. Evan Jordan rounded out the scoring for the Panthers in 5th place with an 85.

While his round was not included in the scoring, Drew Swanson posted a 90, the 12th best round of the day. Dominic Puma played as an individual and finished with a 92 which was the lowest individual score posted.

The Panthers will have the next week off to rest and prepare for their next tournament. They will be back in action on Tuesday, September 24th, when they head back to Buffalo for the Hilbert Invitational. The event will be held at Harvest Hill Golf Course.
