Panther Golfers Finish Season with 3rd Place Finish

Cresson, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford golf team wrapped up their season on Saturday with a 3rd place finish at the Mount Aloysius Invitational.

As a team the Panthers shot a 330, finishing 13 strokes behind the winners, Penn State-Altoona. 

Johnny Fiore was the team's top individual finisher. He fired a 6-over 78 to finish fourth. He was one stroke behind the leaders, as three players shot 77.

Evan Jordan came back strong after a challenging AMCC Championship, shooting an 83. He finished in a tie for 12th place with an 83.

Just behind Jordan was Nick Molé who shot an 84. Jarod Chaffee rounded out the scoring for the Panthers with an 85. They were in ties for 14th and 16th place respectively.

Sean Campbell golfed in the 5th spot for Pitt-Bradford and shot a 93.

Drew Swanson played as an individual and finished with an 86 for 18th place.

With this tournament, the Panthers' season has come to a close. They won one tournament, the Medaille invitational, and took third place in the other three.
