The Pitt-Bradford men's basketball team closed out the regular season Saturday with a convincing 72-49 win over Pitt-Greensburg at the KOA Arena. The victory snapped the Panthers' three-game losing streak.

Pitt-Bradford celebrated its four seniors prior to the game, and that quartet responded by scoring all but eight of the team's points.

The Panthers led by 10 at the break, 30-20, and a string of four three-pointers over a two-minute stretch in the second half pushed the lead to 24 points. Pitt-Greensburg never threatened again, as both teams emptied their benches over the game's final minutes.

Pitt-Bradford only shot 32 percent but forced a season-high 33 turnovers, netting 29 points. The Panthers outscored the Bobcats by 18 in the paint and totaled 20 second-chance points.

Evan Greening led the Blue and Gold with 23 points and 17 rebounds, and Fateem Brockington added 22 points in his final home game as a Panther. Manny Welch totaled 11 points, and Sahlil Harris added eight points and 10 steals.

Pitt-Bradford ends the regular season at 12-12 and 10-8 in the AMCC. The Panthers will travel to La Roche Wednesday for the first round of the conference tournament. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Pittsburgh.
