
The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford basketball teams swept the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference's Player of the Week honors for the third time this season.
He led the Pitt-Bradford offense with 31 points and 19 rebounds in an 85-78 victory over Medaille and then capped off the week with another double-double, posting 28 points and 17 boards in the victory over the Mounties.
The Fredericksburg, Va. native continues to lead the AMCC in both scoring and rebounding with 20.4 ppg and 11.9 rebounds per game. The Panthers have now won four straight games.
Rinfrette had her best performance statistically over a two-game span, averaging 34.5 points per game and 11 rebounds per game.
She scored 34 points and added 11 rebounds in a win over Medaille and then added 35 points and 11 rebounds per game in a loss at Mt. Aloysius.
Rinfrette is currently tied for first in scoring in the AMCC, averaging 21.6 ppg.
Both the men's, and women's basketball teams open the AMCC playoffs Wednesday evening.
