Kaserra Owens is entering her 4th season leading the Pitt-Bradford Women's Basketball program. 

In 2020 she was named the 8th head coach in the program's history. She served as the Interim Head coach for the 2019-20 season.

Owens, a 2017 Pitt-Bradford graduate, was a four-year starter for the Panthers, playing 97 career games, in which she scored 900 points, grabbed 503 rebounds and dished out 197 assists. She was a part of 66 wins and reached the AMCC playoffs in all four years, making one appearance in the conference championship game.

After a year away from the program, Owens returned to Pitt-Bradford as an assistant coach under then-coach Sharay Hall.

The Bradford native played her scholastic career at Bradford Area High School. She was the leading scorer on the 2011-12 and 2012-13 Owls teams that went 45-4 over the two-year span, winning District 9 titles in each season. She finished her Bradford career with 1,020 points.

Owens also serves as the advisor for Pitt-Bradford's Student-Athlete Advisort Committee (SAAC).
