BRADFORD, Pa. -- For the first time in two-and-a-half weeks, the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team will play a home game as La Roche comes to the KOA Arena Saturday.

Pitt-Bradford has had two home games postponed due to winter weather since its last contest at the KOA Arena against D'Youville on Jan. 16.

The game against Franciscan was rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 11 and the contest against Hilbert will be played on Thursday, Feb. 7.

The Panthers are coming off a convincing 84-56 win on the road at Pitt-Greensburg Saturday. Latifah Cain led the Panthers with a career-high 22 points on 8-12 shooting and 5-5 from the free-throw line.

Five total Panthers scored in double-figures as Jennifer Isenberg dropped 16 points, Shirleah Ragin scored 13, Shaelyn Snipes poured in 12 and Etreece Adams scored 11.

Adams also collected a game-high 14 rebounds for a double-double.

A stifling defensive performance, Pitt-Bradford forced 28 Bobcat turnovers -- tying the season high set in both contests against Medaille on Nov. 28 and Jan. 23.

The win elevated the Panthers' AMCC record to 6-5 and dropped Pitt-Greensburg to 5-7.

The Panthers remain in the upper echelon of the conference, entering the week in fourth place.

Isenberg remains one of the top rebounders in the conference averaging the fifth-most boards in the AMCC with 8.5 per game.

Additionally, Snipes is eighth in the conference in scoring averaging 14.6 points per game.

La Roche enters the KOA Arena with a 10-3 AMCC record and 11-8 overall mark, which is good for second place in the conference. The Redhawks captured wins in six of their eight games in the month of January, but most recently fell on the road at Penn State-Behrend Thursday, 70-69.

The Redhawks own the top scorer in the conference in Jenna Cole who averages 19.9 points per game and 19.0 points per game in conference play. Cole is also the team's leading rebounder with 6.9 boards per game.

La Roche is the top shooting team in the conference as they shoot it at a 42.5 percent and they also hold teams to an AMCC-low 26.8 percent three-point shooting.

Saturday's game is set for a 2 p.m. start, serving as the first game of a doubleheader with the men's game coming after at 4 p.m. The players will wear special teal t-shirts during warmups and on the bench, as Saturday's game day will be dedicated to raising awareness for ovarian cancer with the annual Teal There's A Cure campaign.
