Panthers Lose Dual Match with Washington & Jefferson.

 Bradford, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's swimming team hosted Washington and Jefferson in a dual meet in the Paul C. Duke III Aquatic center, losing the match 155-41.

The Panthers added multiple new swimmers to the roster, allowing Pitt-Bradford to field two full relay teams. The teams took 2nd and third in both relays, giving the Panthers 14 points. Katie Anderton, Eve Brink, Bailey Fedak, and Stephanie Carson were the top Panther team in the medley relay, finishing with a time of 2:35.20. Brink, Anderton, Adriana Gallas, and Fedak comprised the top freestyle relay team for the Panthers, finishing with a time of 2:07.22.

Chloe Bellis had a strong individual debut for the Panthers, taking second in the 100-yard backstroke. She finished in 1:33.68, just 1.5 seconds ahead of Anderton, who took third. Fedak had another strong showing in the sprint events, taking third in both the 50 and 100-yard freestyle.

The Panthers will have the holiday weekend off, before returning to action on Saturday, December 4th as they will take on Wells in their final event of the Fall Semester.
