ERIE, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford swim teams wrapped up the 2019 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championships Saturday at Penn State-Behrend.

"This meet is an absolutely remarkable experience," Head Coach Doug Alban said. "These athletes have put in a tremendous amount of work and now have reaped the benefits. This is a very special group that built strong bonds to accomplish great things and I cannot be more proud of them. They have represented the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford exquisitely."

The Pitt-Bradford men's team finished third in the four-day event with 228 points. The women's team finished fifth with 27 points.

Penn State-Behrend picked up the AMCC Championship while Alfred State earned the Runner-Up in both the men's and women's competition.

"It is also bittersweet as the collegiate swimming career of Devyn comes to an end," Alban said of his senior. "He was a strong leader for us who wore his heart on his swimsuit. I am extremely happy to see him finish with several lifetime bests. His dedication has been exemplary and has shown his teammates what it means to be a true Panther. On behalf of the entire team, I wish him all the best."
