HAMBURG, N.Y. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team had its three-game win streak snapped at Hilbert Wednesday night, 66-41, in an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference game. 

"We did not play together tonight," Head Coach Sharay Hall said. "We will have to fix that moving forward."

Jennifer Isenberg led Pitt-Bradford with 14 points and nine rebounds. 

Ali Rinfrette contributed 13 points.

Scoring came at a premium early on as Hilbert held a 10-7 lead at the end of the first quarter.

Wednesday's loss breaks a three-game winning streak for the Panthers -- all three wins coming in conference play. Pitt-Bradford is now 5-5 in AMCC games.

Isenberg scored in the first 12 seconds to get things started offensively, and Rinfrette laid one in and knocked down a three-pointer to complete the Panther scoring for the quarter.

Hilbert connected on a jumper as the clock expired in the first quarter to extend its lead heading into the second.

The second quarter was low scoring once again as the Hawks held the Panther offense to just six points. 

Down 19-7, Isenberg laid one in at the 5:40 mark for the Panthers' first points of the quarter. 

Rinfrette converted on a layup and hit two free throws to complete the Pitt-Bradford scoring for the half.

Despite being down 23-13 at the break, Rinfrette led all scorers with nine points through the first two quarters.

Pitt-Bradford put together its best offensive quarter of the game in the third, though, scoring 20 points.

The Panthers cut the lead to just six with a 10-3 run capped by a jumper from Aiyana Waddell bringing the score to 31-25 with 5:34 left in the third.

But Hilbert responded with five-straight points and eventually went on to bring a 45-33 lead into the fourth quarter.

Etreece Adams did most of the scoring for Pitt-Bradford in the closing period. She opened up the quarter with a jumper and a layup for the first two Panther buckets of the period before connecting on another jump shot at the 6:14 mark.

A pair of Rinfrette free throws rounded out the scoring for Pitt-Bradford in the quarter and Hilbert held on, 66-41.

The Panthers forced 20 turnovers and turned the ball over 14 times themselves. Allison Guengerich led the way with three steals while Isenberg and Rinfrette had two apiece.

Pitt-Bradford grabbed 15 offensive rebounds, led by four apiece from Adams and Isenberg. 

Isenberg and Rinfrette were perfect at the free-throw line, with Isenberg connecting on all six attempts and Rinfrette hitting all four.

Up next, the Panthers will head to La Roche Saturday for an AMCC rematch.
