UPB Women Fall at Mt. Aloysius in Regular Season Finale
The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team closed out the regular season with a tough, 84-73 loss Saturday afternoon at Mt. Aloysius.

Ali Rinfrette led the Panthers with another double-double, posting 35 points and 11 rebounds. Abby Brate followed with 11 points and four boards while Brittany Watts added eight points and Casey Stringer scored seven off of the Panther's bench in the loss.

Antwayne Parks led five Mounties in double figures with 18 points and eight boards. Breana Kendrick followed with 18 points while Kara Cordell added 16 points and Alexia Servello chipped in with 14 points. Hannah Drenning added 10 points off of the bench to round out the Mt. Aloysius scorers in double figures.

The Panthers kept up with the high-powered Mountie offense, trailing by just two at 19-17 after the opening 10 minutes.

However, Mt. Aloysius opened the second quarter on a tear, out scoring Pitt-Bradford 26-8 to take a 45-25 lead into the locker room at halftime.

UPB outscored the Mounties in both of the remaining quarters, but it wouldn't be enough as the Panthers fell 84-73 in their road finale.

Despite dropping their regular season finale, the season is not over. The Panthers enter the 2015 AMCC playoffs as the third seed and will host Pitt-Greensburg, Wednesday evening at seven in the KOA Arena.
