Bobcats Top Panthers, 69-60

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team (6-3, 2-1) suffered its first AMCC loss, falling 69-60, Saturday afternoon at Pitt-Greensburg (4-5, 2-1). 

Ali Rinfrette led the Panthers with 26 points, nine rebounds and six steals. Anna Colebert added nine points and five boards while Kennedy Cratty chipped in with eight points in the loss. 

Sylvia Stuart led the Bobcats with 20 points while Chianti Sivek added 16 points and seven rebounds in the victory. 

Pitt-Greensburg shot nearly 50 percent from the field and outrebounded the Panthers 52-31.   

The Bobcats got out to a hot start and held the lead the majority of the game. Pitt-Greensburg's largest lead was 18 with 5:50 left in the third quarter before the Panthers clawed their way back into it. 

Pitt-Greensburg dominated inside the perimeter, outscoring the Panthers 42-28 in the paint.

Pitt-Bradford gets a few weeks off before heading to Fredonia Wednesday, Dec. 30 at 7 p.m.
