BRADFORD, Pa. - University of Pittsburgh at Bradford softball player, Nicole Nolte, was named to the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference's second team, following a solid freshman season.

The Smethport, Pa. native earned the honor as a designated player, for her steady offensive production in the Panther's lineup. Nolte finished the season, hitting .263 with a .316 slugging percentage. She added two doubles and hit one of the Panther's only two home runs on the season. The freshman finished the year third on the team with 14 RBI.

"Being named to the all-conference team is a nice honor for Nicole," said Pitt-Bradford head coach Tina Phillips. "She had a solid freshman season and was a steady presence in our cleanup spot all season."
