Men's Tennis Drops Match at Penn State-Altoona

Altoona, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's tennis team was back in action on Sunday afternoon, dropping its road match at Penn State-Altoona 9-0.

The Panthers were struggled against the Lions, as they were unable to gain momentum against the hosts.

In doubles play, the Panthers lost all three matches 0-8. They similarly struggled in the singles portion of the match, losing 5 of the 6 matches 0-6, 0-6. Chris Dixon was the lone Panther to earn a point on the day, dropping his match at #1 singles 0-6, 1-6

The Panthers will be back in action on their home court this Wednesday. They will host Alfred University in a match that was rescheduled from an earlier date. The Match is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. on the Tennis Courts at the Kessel Athletic Complex.
