Panthers' Aim to Stay Unbeaten at Home Against Hilbert

Bradford, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's soccer team will host Hilbert College on Tuesday, looking to keep its undefeated home record intact.

The Panthers enter the game with a 4-6-1 overall record and a 2-2 record in AMCC play, posting a 4-0-1 record on their home field. Pitt-Bradford lost a hard-fought battle to Penn State-Behrend in the AMCC Game of the week last Wednesday. The Panthers fell to the lions 3-1 with Chase Rider scoring the lone goal. Rider has scored 13 goals for the Panthers this season and is currently 2nd in the AMCC. He has also assisted on 5 other goals this term. He averages 3.10 points per game, which is the third-best total in the country. Scott Compson has added 4 goals this season and tallied three assists in the Panthers' 7-1 win over LaRoche on October 2nd. Sihle Sizani is 4-3-1 this season and has made 63 saves, the 2nd most in the AMCC.

Hilbert enters the game at 0-10 with an 0-4 record in the AMCC. The Hawks have allowed 26 goals in their four conference games while scoring only three. David Gullo and Hector Harris lead the team with two goals each. John Schroth has scored one and assisted on another. Logan Peck has played the majority of the minutes in goal for the Hawks. He has made 107 saves, allowing 5.98 goals per game.

The Game is scheduled to kick off at 4:15 p.m. on the Soccer field at the Kessel Athletic Complex.
