Archie Named AMCC Athlete of the Week to Close Season

Bradford, Pa. -- Isaiah Archie of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's basketball team was recognized by the AMCC as its final Player of the Week of the season on Monday.

Archie scored 32.5 points per game in the Panthers' final week of the 2021-22 season. In the Panthers' matchup with Hilbert, he scored a season-high 39 points, making 13-of-16 from the field, 1-for-2 from three, and 12-of-15 from the free-throw line. He also added five assists. He shot 72.7% from the field and totaled seven rebounds, seven assists and points steals for the week.

This is the second time this season Archie has been recognized by the conference. He finished the season as the conference's leading scorer, averaging 22.5 points per game.

Unfortunately, the Panthers were unable to qualify for postseason play, as they finished the regular season in 7th place.
