BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's volleyball team is set to resume Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference action Saturday as Franciscan comes to the KOA Arena.

Pitt-Bradford (10-8, 1-1 AMCC) is coming off a convincing non-conference victory in three sets at Buffalo State Wednesday.

With the victory, Pitt-Bradford reaches the 10-win plateau before the start of October for the second time in three years, the last time coming from the 2016 AMCC champion squad.

Saturday's contest will be the tail end of a three-game AMCC homestand to begin conference play.

A week ago, Pitt-Bradford hosted an AMCC quad match attended by Hilbert, La Roche and Mount Aloysius.

The Panthers defeated La Roche, 3-0, to start conference play before falling to Mount Aloysius, 3-1, in the second match of the day.

Pitt-Bradford continues to lead the AMCC in many stat categories, but also remains in the upper echelon in NCAA Division III in many of those categories.

The Panthers continue to own one of the nation's top defenses with the second-most team digs in the nation (1,314). Individually, the Panthers' libero Laura Hildebrand is 10th in the country with 354 total digs.

At the net, Pitt-Bradford is 11th in the nation in team total blocks with 124.5, led by Katie Treat with 50 (48th nationally).

Riley Anderson and Emily Cleveland are two of the top hitters in the country. Cleveland's 213 kills rank 21st nationally while Anderson's 211 kills are 23rd best in the country. As a team, Pitt-Bradford's 784 total kills rank 20th in the country.

Assisting those kills is Payton Orzech, whose 561 assists rank 22nd nationally.

Franciscan comes to the KOA Arena with a 2-16 overall record and a 1-2 AMCC mark. Maria Ciola is the team's top hitter with 143 kills and 2.47 per set.

Saturday's match is set for a 1 p.m. start.
