Pitt-Bradford volleyball player Christina Rauh has been named Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Rauh, a senior setter, helped the Panthers to a 4-1 record last week, including a second-place finish and three wins at the Wooster Ginny Hunt Kilt Classic. In five matches, Rauh averaged 8.18 assists, 1.41 kills and 2.41 digs per set. In addition, she converted 13 aces, adding to her league-leading total of 31, and recorded five blocks.

In the team's home-opening win against Houghton, Rauh posted a double-double of 35 assists and 10 digs and added four blocks. She collected a match-high six aces versus Capital (Ohio) and had a double-double of 24 assists and 10 digs against Wooster. She wrapped up tournament play with 35 assists, six kills and seven digs in a win over Oberlin en route to earning all-tournament team honors.

The Panama, N.Y., native leads the AMCC in assists per set (8.03) and ranks second in hitting percentage (.291). She joins teammate Kirsten Platz as the second Panther to receive the conference's weekly honor this season, and it marks the second time in her career she has been named Player of the Week.
