BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's tennis team will look to secure a playoff spot in its regular-season finale as D'Youville comes to the Kessel Athletics Complex on Senior Night for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference match Friday.

For senior Alexa Holleran, this will be her final home match as a Panther.

A four-year player, the North Huntington, Pa., native played much of her career at Pitt-Bradford in the top spots in the lineup.

"Alexa's contributions to the team as a talented player and her example of leadership will be missed," Head Coach Susan Schenfield said. "She is leaving a wonderful legacy behind, and an irreplaceable void in our lineup."

Pitt-Bradford's match on Friday is the final AMCC matchup of the season for the entire conference.

At 2-5 in AMCC play, the Panthers currently sit at seventh place in the conference. A win on Friday would put them in the six-team playoffs.

Pitt-Greensburg and Mount Aloysius both sit at 3-5 in conference play, having already completed their eight AMCC matches of the 2017 season.

A Panthers' win on Friday would put Pitt-Bradford at 3-5 as well.

Due to AMCC tiebreaker rules, the Panthers would jump over Mount Aloysius in the standings and take the sixth playoff spot since the Panthers defeated the Mounties on Sept. 24.

Throughout the season, Ashley Stoltz has been the most consistent singles performer for the Panthers. She has worked a 6-1 singles record in AMCC matches and was honored as the conference's player of the week in September. 

Jessica Jordan has posted a 4-2 AMCC singles record out of the No. 5 and 6 spots for Pitt-Bradford this season.

In doubles action, the No. 1 team of Holleran and Stoltz, and the No. 2 team of Maya Bingaman and Jessica Jordan have both earned four wins.

D'Youville comes into its 2017 season finale at 0-10 on the season.

Friday's match will begin at 6:30 p.m.
