CARLISLE, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford fell at Dickinson, 4-0, Wednesday evening.

"Tonight's match was a tough one, as Dickinson is a very good team," Head Coach Melissa Lincoln said. "We didn't play our game the way I know we can play tonight, but I'm hopeful we'll turn things around this weekend with our back-to-back games at Alfred and Keuka."

The two teams held tough early on, but Dickinson broke the scoreless tie at the 21:20 mark as Ellie Harris knocked one past the Pitt-Bradford defense.

The 1-0 score would hold until halftime.

Sarah Dailey made nine saves in the first half as she faced 17 total shots in the first half.

Five minutes into the second half, Dickinson doubled its lead on its third shot of the period, and 10 minutes later, took a 3-0 lead.

The Panthers began to find their offensive halfway through the period. 

At the 64-minute mark, Meghan Stuck fired a shot on goal, then Kaitlyn Williams forced the Dickinson keeper to make a save at the 75-minute mark.

One final goal from Dickinson late in the game gave them the eventual final score of 4-0.

Dailey made 11 total saves.

Grace Dadzaa also recorded a shot for the Panthers. 

The Panthers defended eight Dickinson corner kick attempts. 

Compared to the Panthers' four, Dickinson was whistled for 19 total fouls.

The Panthers will be in action next on Saturday as they travel to Alfred.
