Panthers Drop First AMCC Game of the Season, Fall 1-0 at Pitt-Greensburg

GREENSBURG, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford (9-7, 7-1) suffered its first AMCC loss of the season, falling 1-0 at Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday afternoon.

Taylor Oberle gave the Bobcats all the offense they would need, deflecting a shot into the back of the net in the 38th minute.

The Panthers held the momentum in the second half, earning a 7-3 advantage in shots, but couldn't beat the keeper to tie the game.

Grace Dadzaa, Maggie Boehler, Kaitlyn Williams and Jamie Christensen added shots on goal while Meghan Stuck and Abby Kalin chipped in with two shots each. Sarah Dailey posted three saves in the loss.

Pitt-Bradford closes out its regular season Tuesday afternoon at Hilbert.
