Pitt-Bradford Defeats Penn State-Behrend In Program's First Home Dual Meet

BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford wrestling team ended its inaugural regular season on a high note as it defeated Penn State-Behrend, 30-14, at the KOA Arena in the first NCAA Division III home dual meet in program history.

"It was a great match today," Head Coach Colin Johnston said of the victory -- which came on his birthday. "Everybody went out and did their job and we came out on top. I think it shows a lot of improvement from the last time we wrestled them and I've seen a lot of good stuff. I'm happy with the results and the guys did a great job."

Behrend found the win in the 125 lb. match. Then first two Pitt-Bradford victories of the day came from Penn State-Behrend no entries. Kendric Moore was credited with the 133 lb. win and Colton Davis was credited with the 141 lb. victory.
