BRADFORD, Pa. -- History was made Wednesday as the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford wrestling team held its first-ever NCAA Division III practice.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Colin Johnston, Pitt-Bradford will open its season at Penn State-Behrend Nov. 2.
Prior to the 2018-19 season, the Panthers wrestled at the club level but Pitt-Bradford announced the move to NCAA Division III in August of 2017.
Now, the varsity program is up and moving in its inaugural season.
