Panthers Complete Second Day Of Red Flash Invitational

ALTOONA, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's bowling team completed the second day of action in the Red Flash Invitational hosted at Saint Francis (Pa.).

"Haley once again bowled very well," Head Coach Sarah Foley said. "I'm proud of her despite bad breaks yet again today. Kelsey had a high game for us of 211, but Haley was right behind her with a 208.
Jenna struggled with getting pin action, but she continued to push through to average 136 average. I'm proud of her especially because she bowled all five games today. Abbey came cold off the bench and was able to get marks for us when we needed them. Megan had one of best games for us this afternoon with a 177."

Pitt-Bradford was topped in its four matches, competing against Lincoln Memorial (984-682), Medaille (923-710), Felician (905-706) and Mount Aloysius (851-785).

The Panthers were credited with a victory against the bye position, earning 800 pins.

For the day, Haley Ward led the team with 889 pins while Kelsey Hammons was second at 863 pins.

Jenna Lofaro knocked down 682 pins while Megan Stinnard earned 541 playing in four of the five games.
