BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team will head to first-place La Roche Saturday for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference contest.

Pitt-Bradford (5-7, 4-3 AMCC) is looking for a bounce-back win after back-to-back setbacks against Mount Aloysius (Jan. 5) and at Hilbert (Jan. 9).

Sophomore guard Shaelyn Snipes led the Panthers in scoring at Hilbert with a career-best 26 points while making all six of the team's three-pointers. The performance elevated her scoring average to 15.8 points per game, which is good for fourth best in the conference.

Senior forward Jennifer Isenberg nearly averages a double-double with 12.4 points per game and 9.3 boards per game.

Also averaging double-digit points this year is Shirleah Ragin (12.6) and Latifah Cain (11.0).

La Roche welcomes the Panthers atop the conference with a 7-1 mark in AMCC play. Hilbert is second at 6-1, with Penn State-Altoona a spot ahead of the Panthers in third at 5-3.

The Redhawks own the AMCC's leading scorer in Jenna Cole (19.6 points per game). Dasja Anderson also leads the AMCC in field goal percentage (52.1 percent) while Shaundrea Butler is third shooting 50 percent. Dalezsa Regan leads the team with 6.7 boards per game.

Saturday's contest has been tabbed by the AMCC as the conference's Game of the Week and is set for a 2 p.m. tip. It will be the first part of a doubleheader with the men's matchup coming after.
