BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford women's basketball team will look for its fifth-straight win at Mount Aloysius Saturday for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference matchup.
Pitt-Bradford extended its winning streak to four straight Wednesday as the Panthers completed the series sweep of D'Youville, 80-69.
Ali Rinfrette registered a double-double of 25 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Panthers while playing all 40 minutes.
Jennifer Isenberg chipped in 22 points and Shaelyn Snipes scored 10.
With the win Wednesday, the Panthers improved to 8-5 in AMCC games and 11-8 overall. Pitt-Bradford enters the weekend tied with Medaille for third place in the conference.
The Panthers are looking to avenge the Dec. 16 loss to Mount Aloysius. The Mounties escaped with a one-point win, 68-67.
Rinfrette recorded a double-double of 16 points and 11 boards, while Isenberg chipped in 12 points.
The lead changed hands 15 times and was tied 13 times.
Rinfrette enters the weekend still atop the conference's scoring ranking at 20.9 points per game.
Isenberg is fourth in the AMCC with 9.3 rebounds per game and also averages 13.7 points per game.
Pitt-Bradford has the top scoring offense in the AMCC against conference opponents at 72.8 points per game.
Saturday's game will tipoff at 3 p.m. The AMCC has tabbed the matchup as its Women's Basketball Game of the Week.
