Cordova Named AMCC Softball Player of the Week

Bradford, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford softball player Chloe Cordova was recognized by the AMCC for her performance over the Panthers' first 4 games of the season on Monday, as she was named Conference Player of the Week.

Cordova got off to a hot start this spring, hitting .538 with six RBI and seven runs scored through four games. In two wins on the Panthers' first day in Florida, Cordova went a combined 5-for-7 with four RBIs, four runs scored, and a pair of XBHs. She also had four outfield assists in the games.

This is the second time Cordova has won the award in her career, as she was also named Player of the Week to begin her freshman campaign all the way back in 2020.
