The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford softball program is hosting a winter hitting clinic for students in grades 4-12 on Feb. 7, 14, and 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Dr. Richard and Ruth McDowell Sport and Fitness Center.
The hitting clinic costs $30 per session, or you can pay $75 to attend all three dates. Pre-registration is required by Feb. 1. If you would like to register for the camp you may mail application form, which can be found on the Pitt-Bradford softball website, to Tina Phillips, 300 Campus Drive, Bradford, PA 16701. Checks can be made payable to the University of Pittsburgh.
The hitting clinic will cover the fundamentals of hitting, including hitting drills, bunting/slapping drills, as well as one-on-one instruction.
