Panthers Men's Tennis To Host Mount Aloysius For Home Finale Saturday

OLEAN, N.Y. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's tennis team will play its final home match of the season at the St. Bonaventure Tennis Center Saturday, hosting Mount Aloysius for an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference event.

Prior to the match, the Panthers will honor Matt Dennis for Senior Day, celebrating his time as a Pitt-Bradford student-athlete.

Pitt-Bradford is coming off a weekend in which it dropped a pair of matches against conference opponents, first facing Penn State-Altoona before battling at Penn State-Behrend.

Against Penn State-Altoona, Pitt-Bradford got its two wins out of its top positions. Tyler Dugan and Jacob Volz picked up an 8-4 victory in doubles and Dugan earned a 6-4, 6-4 win in singles action.

Dugan leads the team with three singles wins -- two of which in the top spot. The duo of Dugan and Volz lead the team with three wins as a doubles team.

Dennis has a pair of wins in singles, both of which coming in the fifth spot.

David Ta and Drew Patla are also regulars in the Panther lineup.

Mount Aloysius is 2-4 on the season and lost its first AMCC match of the season this past weekend against Pitt-Greensburg.
