BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's tennis team will host Alfred Friday for its first match at its home facility at the St. Bonaventure Fitness Center in Olean, N.Y., Friday.

The Panthers are coming off a 7-2 defeat last Saturday in which they played well.

Tyler Dugan grabbed a win in No. 1 singles, 8-4.

The second Panther win came at No. 5 singles from Matt Dennis, 7-5.

The No. 1 doubles team of Tyler Dugan and Jacob Volz, and the No. 3 doubles team of Drew Patla and Jeffrey Kocjancic worked close matches but fell 8-5.

Friday's action will be the first of the spring for Alfred. The Saxons fell, 5-4, in September to Oswego State.

Friday's match will begin at 6 p.m.
