BRADFORD, Pa. -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's and women's soccer teams are back home Saturday for Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference soccer matches against La Roche at the Kessel Athletic Complex.

Both teams are coming off convincing shutout wins over Hilbert at home Wednesday.

The 9-0 score is the largest margin of victory for the Panthers since Pitt-Bradford defeated Mount Aloysius with the same score on Oct. 17, 2009.

Courtney Shade led the Panthers' offensive eruption with four goals, bringing her season total to seven for fourth most in the AMCC.

Shade's four goals are the program's most in a single game since Melissa Smith scored the same amount against Hilbert on Oct. 28, 2014.

In goal, Derrick Brock played all 90 minutes, making a pair of saves in earning his first victory of the season.

Pitt-Bradford controlled the ball in Hilbert territory for much of the contest, outshooting the Hawks 39-4. The Panthers put 23 of those shots on goal.

On the season, Chase Rider leads the team with the second-most goals in the conference at five.

La Roche's women's team is 2-8 overall and comes to the Kessel Athletic Complex in search of its first AMCC victory with a 0-4 mark. As a team, they've scored 12 total goals and surrendered 31.

The Redhawks' men's squad is 2-9-1 overall and is also in search of their first conference victory at 0-3-1. Firas Abduljawad ranks fourth in the conference in both total points (12) and assists (four).
