Two University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's golfers were named to the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference's second team, the conference office announced Monday morning.
Zach Spicer (Rochester, NY/Spencerport) and Brett Gardner (Curwensville, PA/Curwensville) were both rewarded for their strong season on the links.
Spicer, a senior, was named to the All-AMCC second team as a junior and third team as a sophomore. Gardner, a sophomore, earns his first postseason award.
Both Gardner and Spicer finished at, or near, the top of the Panther's lineup all season.
Spicer led Pitt-Bradford at the AMCC Championships, carding a two-day total of 162 (78, 84) at Avalon Lakes Country Club on Oct. 12.
Gardner finished 19th with a two-day total of 172 (91, 81). His best finish of the year came in the season-opening Pitt-Bradford Inviatational where he fired a 78 to finish seventh overall at Pine Acres Country Club.
The Panthers concluded the 2015 season with a fifth place finish at the AMCC Championships.
